Holy Smokes is a high school BBQ team built on craftsmanship, teamwork, and service. We are starting by selling smoked food at the DC concession stand for exclusive events, giving students hands-on experience in cooking, leadership, and running a team.
Every plate is an opportunity to learn, every event is a chance to serve our school community, and every teammate is part of something bigger than themselves.
